The best part about real estate is working with clients that are so grateful for the help and guidance I have to offer. Being part of people’s lives during this time is truly exciting; I enjoy sitting at the table with my new friends as they sign their closing documents and obtain the keys to their new home. I ensure that my clients are well taken care of, well represented and informed, especially those clients that are new to the home buying process. Trust is number one with me, and behaving in an ethical manner is key. My job is to protect my clients while making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lifetime.
Prior to my career as a Realtor, I worked in IT, most recently at Capital One. In 2015, I transitioned to Real Estate, getting my Virginia Realtor Salesperson license in 2015. In April of 2023, I obtain my Virginia Real estate broker license, and am now an Associate Broker with ICON Realty Group in the Richmond area, where I serve as Supervising Broker at the ICON Realty Group office in western Henrico.
Because of my love for those that serve, I participate in a program to help community heroes (police, firefighters, medical professionals, teacher, and active military (including veterans) in their real estate transactions. I am honored to be the Henrico Police Volunteer of the Year for 2022, where I have volunteered as a Henrico Police Motorist Assistance Volunteer since 2009.
My love of the community and those that serve it are the reasons I participate in the Homes for Heroes real estate program, which gives clients that are “community heroes” (such as law enforcement, firefighters, teachers, medical professionals, service veterans, and active military) a rebate after their closing when selling or buying real estate using me as a service provider.

Serving Our Community
I regularly volunteer with the Henrico and Richmond Police Departments and enjoy serving the officers that serve our community by assisting with disabled vehicles and directing traffic when needed. People that serve the community, like police, firefighters, 911 dispatchers, front-line medical professionals, active military and veterans, teachers and other community servants have a special place in my heart. I provide a rekey for buyers, a radon test for most buyers, and one home inspection for each buyer that is a community servant. For sellers, he provides a consultation with a stager and will help you find other ways to add value to your property. If a community servant sells and buys with David, he’ll find ever more ways to help!
