- Connecting them with a lender to help the understand the costs of buying and what price range they should be looking at based on their circumstances (if needed)
- Develop a search that encompasses the buyer’s “must haves” to ensure they right properties can be evaluated for possible showing
- Assist in putting together offers that will help the buyer have a “leg up” over competing offers
- Do market analysis on properties of interest to help determine an offer price range
- Communicate with the listing agent to find out what the seller wants or expects in an offer to help the buyer be successful
- Helping with home inspector and other professional recommendations to find out the “health” of the property and what they should be asking the seller to repair OR what they need to repair post-closing
