Ever think about doing a home inspection when you are selling? I recommend clients do this so that they know what needs to be done before the buyer tells you when they are under contract with you. Let’s talk about the process. Most of us sell infrequently, so a review of the process is always helpful. Knowledge gathering should be done ahead of when a seller intends to list.
